International Superconductive Electronics Conference 2007 June 10-14, 2007 Washington, DC, USA |
Instructions for presentations at ISEC 2007 Oral Presentations The conference will provide a computer running a Windows operating system. Presentation will be in Powerpoint format (but may be saved as a pdf file). Presenters should provide the session chairs with an electronic copy of their presentation at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the session so that all presentations can be preloaded on the conference computer. This will provide a smooth transition from talk to talk and help keep the sessions running on time. Only in exceptional cases will presenters be allowed to use their own laptop for presentation. Talks should be planned to fit within the allocated time slot as posted in the program schedule, with an allowance of 3-5 minutes for questions. Poster Presentations Posters will be allocated a space of 4 feet (1.2m) high by 8 feet (2.4m) wide. Posters should provide at least the same level of depth as an oral presentation. Poster presenters are expected to arrange their material before the session starts, and to be available to answer questions and discuss their papers with attendees. You may want to bring pre-prints for handout. There are no parallel oral sessions during the poster sessions. |
